Newsweek editor Evan Thomas brought adulation over President Obama’s Cairo speech to a whole new level on Friday, declaring on MSNBC: "I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God."
“In a way Obama is standing above the country, above the world. He’s sort of GOD. He’s going to bring all different sides together.”
- Newsweek editor Evan Thomas
Maybe Newsweek should just get a room at the White House and cycle its staff through it in order to allow for non-stop fawning. When will they announce that they’re changing their name to The Gospel Of Barack? I’d guess … 2012.
Do you see something very wrong with this? This is your unbiased mainstream media. NOT!
Here’s another thing. I know someone, privacy maintained so don’t ask, who came here from a communist country. She is so afraid because she can see what’s coming (socialism) and cannot understand why the American people don’t get it. She’s is beside herself and just wants to shake everyone to wake them up.
Think about it. If she can see what’s coming, why can’t most of America?

The Anti Christ keeps coming to mind these days. ha.
I usually stay out of political debates. I know you probably wonder why I don't comment. I tend to stay away from politics. I used to love it. And I AM interested. But usually have a hard time developing strong opinions one way or the other - enough to take a stand. I am so easily swayed and don't understand a lot of things so I keep it shut. I wish I could do that in HR. I'd stay out of more trouble. I just got my hands slapped for telling someone they would face a day of reckoning. ha. Anyway, have a good day! It is nice to read blogs instead of studying at lunch!!!!
