All Caught Up

Well, believe it or not I’m all caught up.  Oh don’t get too excited.  I’m just caught up with blog posting. I’ll never be completely caught up with everything in my life.  But, Sunday morning is posting day and I am done.

Good stuff all the way around. So check out all my blogs (in the left hand side bar) and let me know what you think.

It’s not as cold today and as soon as it’s a bit lighter I have to go outside and see if there are any unusual pools of water.  It’s been above freezing most of the night so I  have to make sure the pipes made it OK.  You know us folks down in the south don’t know about taking care of pipes, except for covering the outside faucets and dripping the inside ones a bit.

Oh well, what happens happens and that’s that.

I did do my cooking but won’t post those recipes until next weekend.  This week I posted the Tex Mex Breakfast I mentioned.  Good stuff.

I was going through some old pictures and found some from Cedar Key.  This place is my most favorite place in the entire world.  I hope this works.  I have the pics on PhotoWorks and I need to move them.  But, here it is for now.

Click here to view the slideshow of the pics.  I love this place so much.

It’s just a tiny place on the west coast of Florida. Here’s a map.  You can drill in and see pics and go street view.  So very cool.  This place truly speaks to my soul.

Your pictures are excellent and I can easily see why you love that place so much. It is so charming & quaint. I loved the pic with all the birds on the wharf building in disrepair. Very neat.

I love the Cedar Keys photos, the one I liked the best were the pelians roosting on the building. The only time I see them is when the are flyin low over the ocean.

The weather in Florida is kind of chilly the past few nights, but still better than up north. I love the Keys as well. Have a god week. Dawn

What great pictures! That Key reminded me of a cross between a Florida Key and Maine, Very cool. I am glad your temps are coming up. We got another 14 inches of snow last night but we are out of the deep freeze. I will have to check out your recipe. Enjoy your day!

Cedar Key ~ it is beautiful, been there lol. So is Sannibel Island, Siesta Key and all the key's that are along the coast (west coast) of Florida (not to mention Key West and the extreme South of Florida) Crystal River is really nice also (that's a wee bit north of Tampa) Blessings, Teresa
