Yes, I got my computer up and running. So far, so good. Also, the good news is I have updated all of blogs. So check 'em out and let me know what you think.
I got my cooking done and all my finances are in order and I even played out my role of Domestic Goddess. 
Mom called and she will be stopping by next weekend on her way to see Michael. There's also a chance she'll stop back by on her way back. We'll see how it goes. It will be good to see her and I hope the weather will be nice enough so we can take a walk on The Big Creek Greenway and just talk.
I didn't give out any candy for Halloween. We don't get many kids and the door bell never did ring. But, the next morning I found the two potted azaleas and been turned over. Kids are out of control. That goes for all ages. They think they are entitled to vandalize someone's property if they don't get what they want. Sucks, if you ask me.

I don't get the urge that some people have to simply DESTROY. What is the purpose of that? It's highly illogical. (said in my Mr. Spock voice)

glad you got the computer working... and nice to know Mom is coming for a visit too. Around here if they see somethiing they like they just take it or in the last years smashed the pumpkins on the road..... trick or treat and sometimes its just the tricks they call them.... hope the plants are ok
