Warning and Other Stuff

Just a head's up on Magic Jack.  Helen shot me an email saying that her husband had seen some bad press on You Tube about this product.  I did look around and found some bad reviews but I also found great reviews.  It seems you either love this product or hate it.  So, be aware if you are going to try it.  I am going to try it and hook it up on a spare computer to see what it does and how it acts.  I'm willing to give it a go since I have an extra computer to test it on.  So, if you do try this product read the reviews and make your own decision.

Now what else is going on?  How about nothing.  LOL  Seriously not much is going on.  I'm trying to plan a week's vacation but not sure when I want to do this.  I would love to see Mom but travel expenses and gas are so high.  I would rather save since I am taking almost 4 weeks of vacation over the holidays.

I will probably use my vacation to clean out crap and junk and maybe have an impromptu garage sale.  Not sure but I want to get rid of stuff that I have just hanging around.  I also want to find a decent used sewing machine.  There's some projects that I would like to start that might make some money.  I've been out of the loop on sewing machines for years so I don't know exactly what to look for.  Should be interesting.  Anyone got an old sewing machine that works and they want to get rid of?  Just a thought.

Tomorrow is a long, drawn out company meeting. I am not a big fan of long meetings.  Thank goodness we only have them once a quarter.

I posted the last recipe from my weekend cooking experiments.  LOL  It's Fried Tofu and it's really good.  Anyway, I've posted it over at Kitchen Chatter and Faceless Eating.
